Worldpeace Lottery (UK) Rules
1). All payments to be made by (monthly) standing order into the worldpeace account. Payment details will be sent to players on application.
2). Each £1.00 monthly payment entitles the payer to one monthly entry into the lottery.
3). Each player can have as many or as few entries as they wish.
4). Each entry shall consist of one individual pair of numbers from the range of numbers 1 - 49 . These numbers shall be allocated to the players by the organisers. Any pair of numbers has exactly the same chances of winning as any other pair.
5). The number of entries into the lottery shall be limited to the total number of possible combinations of two numbers that can be created from the range of numbers 1 - 49; (1,176). Each entry affords six chances of winning, giving odds of 196/1 (1,176 divided by 6)
6). There will be six prizes of £100 each prize, for each monthly event.
7). The lottery shall be decided using the same specified draw every calander month from the already established UK 49's draw. The specified draw shall be the first (lunchtime) draw of the first day of the month. If any other draw becomes the first draw to be drawn in any month (through cancellation or new arrangement by the organisers) then that draw shall become the specified draw by default.
8). If for any reason the established 49's draw is discontinued, and alternative independently adjudicated draw shall be used and the players notified accordingly.
9). If more than 1,176 applications are made to enter the lottery then additional lotteries (not exceeding 1,176 entries each lottery) with an additional six £100 prizes per lottery may be created using the same specified draw.
10). A prize shall be considered to be won when one of an entry's two numbers matches the booster ball of the specified 49's draw, and the other number matches one of the six regular numbers of the specified 49's draw.
11). The official results service of the 49's draw shall be considered as being sufficient notice of the results of each lottery. It can be found here: 49's Results
12). Prizewinners shall be notified and paid by Paypal within 28 days of the specified 49's draw.
13). In order to prevent misuse or abuse of winner's paypal addresses, the winners list shall be available for private inspection only. The results of any such inspection and who made it will be found at: winners.htm To make any such private inspection apply to lotto@worldpeace.org.uk saying who you are and why you want to inspect the list.
14). The contact details supplied by the entrants shall be kept secure and not used for any other purpose promotional or otherwise.
15).If insufficient entries are made to cover the prize money to be awarded in any draw, then all entries shall be refunded and that draw cancelled.
16). Any entry not paid for three consecutive months shall be considered to have unsuscribed and the entry numbers re-allocated to another player.
17). All players must be over 18 years old.
18). All proceeds not allocated to prize money shall be used to in promoting world peace through www.worldpeace.org.uk
19). In order to avoid any infringement of UK laws unknown to the organiser(s) of this lottery, the headquarters of this lottery shall be considered to be in Havana, Cuba. All correspondence shall be by email to lotto@worldpeace.org.uk
